[NEWS] ‘Family Outing 2’ to end airing

SBS TV Variety program ‘Good Sunday-Family Outing Season 2’ (aka ‘FO2’) is coming off the air after 5 months.

‘FO2’ was supposed to have the last filming on the coming 28th and 29th, but the Chun-Ahm ship incident and the World Cup put off the airing of a lot of filmed episodes, so they decided to end the filming with the filming from last month. The last filmed episodes are set to air until the beginning of next month.

Last February 21st, the newly formed ‘FO2’ announced its ambitious start after ‘FO1′ with members like Kim Wonhee, Yoon Sanghyun, Ji Sangryul, Shin Bongsun, Girls’ Generation Yoona, 2PM Taecyeon, and 2AM Jo Kwon.

On the first episode, they recorded the high viewer rating of 16.5% (AGB Neilson National Standards), but starting from the 2nd episode they couldn’t stop the downward trend of the viewer ratings. They attempted to rally their viewer ratings by casting Super Junior Kim Heechul as a fixed member, but finally the program was decided to be shut down after 5 months.
